The Harvest and Post Harvest Class is designed to help growers understand the fundamentals of the harvest and post harvest process, focusing on drying, curing, terpene preservation and several post harvest techniques.

Topics we will cover will include:

• Proper drying techniques/parameters
• Importance of a proper cure/what is really happening during the cure process
• How to maximize and preserve your terpene profile (short and long term storage)
• Post harvest techniques including: dry ice extraction, ice water extraction, and ethanol extraction (tinctures)
• Possible guests and surprises!

Now that you've gotten to the finish line it's time to preserve that bountiful harvest! You should leave class with a solid grasp of what to do with your harvest to ensure it makes in into your jar. This is going to be a fun one that growers of all experience levels can benefit from!
